Important Party Information
Booking Details:

Party deposits are due within 8 days of receipt of invoice. All invoices will be cancelled after 7 days, and your party date and time will no longer be held.
Arrival Time:

Please do not arrive for your party more than 15 minutes early.
Payment Policy:

All party balances are due upon arrival on the day of the party. Cash payments will not be accepted.

Cash tips for the party hostess are welcomed.
Food Service:

Families choosing to serve food in addition to cake or cupcakes must add an extra half hour to their party booking.

Families are responsible for all food, serving items, tablecloths, utensils, and anything else needed for food service. We handle the "fun" only.

Actual fun time is approximately 1 hour. Dessert is an additional half hour, making the total party time 1.5 hours.

Our play professionals cannot pick up pizza for you unless you have booked The Ultimate Playtime Celebration. Pizza pick up is otherwise your responsibility. We recommend ordering from Brezza and walking over to their shop to pick it up. Remember, an extra half hour is needed for food other than dessert.
