Our Morning Half-Day Preschool & Kindergarten Alternative Program is designed as a calm, play-based experience for young children who thrive in a shorter, morning-only setting.
Children engage in a thoughtful balance of structured and unstructured play that supports social, emotional, and developmental growth in a nurturing environment.
Families may choose to enroll for 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week.
The program runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM–11:30 AM.
What This Program Is - and What It's Not
The Morning Preschool & Kindergarten Alternative Program is designed as a half-day learning experience.

What a Typical Morning Looks Like

Our Invitation to Play Approach
Our invitation to play approach encourages children to explore at their own pace. Teachers thoughtfully prepare activities based on children’s interests and developmental stages, allowing learning to emerge naturally through play, creativity, and connection.
Learning Centers & Classroom Environment
Our classroom is intentionally designed to support children’s development, abilities, and individual needs. The layout, materials, and learning spaces evolve over time in response to the children in the room.
Learning centers are thoughtfully arranged to encourage natural exploration and play. Teachers actively engage with children throughout the day — observing interests, joining play, and building relationships — so they can create meaningful invitations to play that meet children where they are and gently challenge them as they grow.
