Although paints & other materials are claimed washable we are not responsible for stained clothing and recommend participants wear messy clothes. A Bloom Approach is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur due to use of materials during parties, playgroups & classes. All photos taken during parties, playgroups & classes will be used for social media, marketing, website design and teaching opportunities. Please let us know if you would not like your child's photo taken.
BOOKING POLICY
Once a class is booked and payment is processed, all bookings are considered final and non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, customers will not be entitled to a refund. However, customers may be eligible to schedule a makeup class for the following week, subject to availability and scheduling constraints. Makeup class availability cannot be guaranteed and is at the discretion of The Holistic Play School. Please contact us for inquiries regarding makeup class scheduling.
