Cancellation Policy
Once a class is booked and payment is processed, all bookings are considered final and non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, customers will not be entitled to a refund. However, customers may be eligible to schedule a makeup class for the following week, subject to availability and scheduling constraints. Makeup class availability cannot be guaranteed and is at the discretion of The Holistic Play School. Please contact us for inquiries regarding makeup class scheduling.
